		Damage Claims and Returns Primastore.com takes great pride in the quality of the products we offer. To insure quality is what you  receive, great care is taken when packaging your merchandise. In the rare and unusual circumstance that something may arrive damaged or defective PLEASE HEED THESE POLICIES. NOTE: All returns areTIME SENSITIVE. Items need to be returned within THIRTY DAYS of receipt with the EXCEPTION of the LEATHER (ten days from receipt) and JEWLERY (seven days from receipt) items. Your return CLAIM WILL NOT NOT BE HONORED if requested/returned OUTSIDE THESE GIVEN DATES. Panasonic Fax Machines, DVD Players, VCR's, Camcorders and Digital Cameras do not qualify under our normal return policy. These items cannot be returned to Primastore.com. Please find the nearest authorized Panasonic Service Center. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are not responsible for the SHIPPING AND HANDLING charges accrued FOR RETURNING  MERCHANDISE. However We will gladly pay the re-shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received.
